IMPORTANT UPDATE - 5/26/06

If the HIV video cases in Investigator v2 have jerky playback, try the following: Click the Start button of Windows XP, then select 'Control Panel' and 'Quicktime'. Click the 'Advanced' tab, and disable 'DirectDraw acceleration' (by unchecking the boxes, as shown below). You should restart Investigator v2 after doing this.
