Case It! is a National Science Foundation - sponsored project providing a framework for collaborative case-based learning via free, open-ended molecular biology computer simulations and cases based primarily on genetic and infectious disease.

Case It v5.03 is a computer simulation that will perform common laboratory procedures on any DNA or protein sequence - see tutorial links at left. Investigator v2.0 is a downloadable version of the Resource Manual - scroll down for tutorial links.
