The contents of the Help window change automatically as you go to different screens of the program. To get instructions for specific procedures, however, you must click the appropriate button at the bottom of the Help window, as shown below. Click the 'Next' button to continue..

Note: For the purpose of this tutorial, the 'min' button on the navigation bar (see below) was clicked to make the Help window small. This button then changes to 'max', so that if you click it again the help window will be maximized.
